SUBSCRIPTIONS
A License to access the web site will be issued to a Subscriber for a period of 12 months (the 'minimum period'). The License starts when the Site License number is sent to the Subscriber. The License Agreement may only be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement).
The Subscription rate will vary according to the number of permitted Users:

Subscriptions will apply to users in one location, e.g. the principle office of the registered Subscriber. Use in another office willl require an additional licence.
A Subscriber may increase the number of Users by subscribing to the higher User group. The payment for this higher group will be based on a pro rata amount for the balance of the Subscription Fee, calculated on a calendar month basis.
Note: The Licensor may limit usage to designated machines of the Licensor, and if so requested the Licensor must provide a list of designated machines and their identities.
